Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Brisko to:

• Violate a law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Upload malware or harmful code.
• Attempt to access another account without authorization.
• Probe or bypass security controls.
• Interfere with system operation.
• Conduct denial-of-service activity.
• Scrape or extract the Services at unreasonable scale.
• Send spam or deceptive communications.
• Impersonate a person or business.
• Upload information you lack authority to process.
• Store highly sensitive information in unsupported fields.
• Use AI features to facilitate fraud, harm, discrimination, or unlawful surveillance.
• Generate or distribute illegal content.
• Misrepresent AI output as independently verified.
• Use Brisko to make fully automated consequential decisions about employees without appropriate review.
• Reverse engineer or copy protected product elements except where law expressly permits.
• Resell account access without written authorization.

Brisko may investigate suspected violations and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary.
