AI Features Notice
What Brisko’s optional AI features can do, and where human review remains essential.
What AI does
Brisko may use AI to:
- Read receipts and invoices.
- Recognize products from images.
- Suggest categories.
- Match imported products.
- Detect possible duplicates.
- Suggest order quantities.
- Explain reports.
- Answer operational questions.
- Assist with data entry.
AI is optional enhancement
Core inventory workflows must continue to work without AI.
Users can manually:
- Create and edit items.
- Count inventory.
- Set par and target levels.
- Create purchase drafts.
- Receive purchases.
- Review reports.
AI may be wrong
AI can misread images, misunderstand units, confuse products, omit information, or produce unsupported recommendations.
Review every output before applying it.
No professional advice
AI output is not:
- Accounting advice.
- Tax advice.
- Legal advice.
- Food-safety advice.
- Employment advice.
- Financial advice.
Human approval
Brisko does not automatically alter canonical inventory or place purchases based solely on generative AI output. Canonical changes require deterministic validation and operator approval.
Providers
Brisko may use different cloud or local models.
When AI is enabled, Brisko records the provider, model identifier, and relevant processing metadata for auditable AI operations.
Data use
When an AI provider is enabled, Brisko will describe material provider and data-retention practices accurately. Brisko does not use Customer Data to train a third-party model unless the applicable terms and controls expressly disclose and permit that use.
