Reporting content

A rights holder may report allegedly infringing content by providing:

• Identification of the protected work.
• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing content.
• Contact information for the reporting party.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the report is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act for the rights holder.
• A physical or electronic signature.
